Certification Procedure for Cosmetic and Perfume Products According to CU TR No. 009 in Russia

Who Can Register a CU TR (EAC) Declaration of Conformity for Cosmetic Procucts to Sell Them on Russian Market?

  1. Manufacturer

  2. Importer to the Customs Union (supplier)

NOTICE: Perfume and cosmetic products are allowed to be imported and sold on the territory of the Customs Union only after the moment they are certified according to the requirements CU TR No. 009/2011. Cosmetic products that have passed the registration procedure receive a CU TR declaration of conformity, they also have to be marked with the EAC compliance sign and after that they can be sold on the territory of the Customs Union.

NOTICE: Perfumery and cosmetic products are consumer goods, that’s why increased safety requirements are imposed on them. When registration process is complete, we recommend you to receive a CU TR declaration together with test reports.
